Arya Pattanaik : Founder & Creative Director
Arya is a vertical enterprise strategist, building "tribe A" at the cross section of ecosystem, domain & technology. For over a decade, he has reimagined how enterprises scale, serve, and transform complex operating models to lean business value streams.
As a former Product & Transformation strategist at a global healthcare major, Arya has led multiple large-scale strategic programs - from capability consolidation to AI infusion - reinventing how captives build at scale, that shaped his unique perspective on what traditional GCCs get right and where they fall systematically short. tribe A is born from that belief of next Enterprise leap, which won’t come from bigger org charts, but from smaller, smarter micro AI Hubs. tribe A is his call to this action - not just a hypothesis of the future, but to help architect it — one pod at a time.
